As part of your Diary Card, you will be able to enter any emotions you have experienced that day, with help of a complete list of emotions to make it easier for you.
Select or type in the emotion or emotions you have felt. You can choose from the emotions from the list to help you out.
Assign an intensity to each emotion by selecting between 1 (slight emotion) and 5 (very strong emotion).
Once you are done recording all your emotions, click Save to apply the changes you’ve made.
Click on "View Summary" to view a weekly summary of the emotions you have entered into your diary card. Starting from the left:
The first column represent the total emotions registered.
Followed by the weekly average intensity of each emotion.
And one column for each day of the week with details of each day for each of the emotions. To view your Diary Card summary from previous weeks, click on the arrow above to navigate through the weeks.
