In this section you will be able to enter your daily food intake for each meal and keep them all registered. To register your food intake, click on the dropdown button to select the meal you will be entering: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack or dinner.
Then click on the text field and type in the food you ate and click on the tick symbol to add it.
To indicate whether the food you have eaten is pre-cooked, click on the box and then on the tick symbol to add it to the list. Pre-cooked foods will appear with an orange dot.
